Robert has over thirty years experience in the legal profession and since 2000 has focused on the representation of employers, insurance companies, and third party administrators in all aspects of worker's compensation. He has handled a wide range of cases that have included coverage issues, arbitration, global settlements involving employment claims, subrogation, SIU, and excess carrier liability. His background includes staff counsel work that provided opportunities to work with claims professionals in meeting their overall objectives and to address audit concerns. He primarily handles cases venued in Los Angeles County.
His interests include running, the outdoors and local history.
