With over two decades of dedicated experience in workers' compensation defense, Amber Nevada is a seasoned attorney known for her expertise and commitment to defending clients in complex cases. Amber’s journey in the legal field began as a meticulous paralegal, where she developed a keen sense of detail and an unwavering dedication to accuracy—qualities that continue to define her practice today.

While earning her law degree, Amber worked as a defense hearing representative. During that time, she cultivated a profound understanding of workers' compensation law and litigation strategies. Her transition from a paralegal to an attorney allowed her to build on her foundational skills, and she has since become a trusted defense representative for employers, self-insureds and municipalities.

Over the past 10 years, Amber’s practice has had an emphasis on the defense representation of school districts and municipalities, including law enforcement, sworn officers and firefighters.

Throughout her career, Amber has developed a particular passion for handling catastrophic and nuanced cases. Her strategic approach and thorough preparation have consistently led to successful outcomes in challenging scenarios. She also believes in the importance of staying current with evolving legal trends to ensure her clients receive the highest level of professional representation.

Outside of her practice, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband, two very fun little girls and attending as many concerts as time allows.
