Our Attorneys

Before transitioning to workers' compensation law, Josh spent over a decade as an eDiscovery attorney at Google, managing large-scale document production efforts in complex litigation. His experience handling high-volume data discovery requests across multiple cases and various areas of law has given him a keen eye for detail and strategic case management skills.

In 2022, he began practicing workers' compensation law, initially representing injured workers before transitioning to the defense side, working at Michael Sullivan & Associates before joining Russell Legal Group. His experience on both applicant and defense sides gives him a well-rounded perspective in navigating claims and advocating for his clients.

Outside of his legal practice, Josh is a husband and father to two boys. He is also an active musician, performing live shows throughout Los Angeles and Orange County with his band, and a dedicated amateur league bowler.
